Quiptec Incorporated has been building high quality, reliable, low maintenance foundry equipment since early 1980. Most of these machines have been custom engineered to suit specific applications and solve individual problems. No bake molding equipment, mold handlers, transfer cars, turntables and conveyors include some of the designs already supplied to our customers. Quiptec Incorporated also specializes in hot metal transfer.
During this time, a number of standard machines have evolved. These are mostly related to the foundry industry and include a large number of both manual rollover and power rollover manipulators from 700 pounds to 10,000 pounds.
In addition to foundry equipment, several machines have been designed and built for the "polyurethane foam industry" including roll compressors, hydraulic presses and grabs up to 80' long.
